Almost every other Edmonton based electronic music forum/blog has an agenda, like: promoting production parties, promoting DJ syndicates, etc.

There nothing wrong with that, I suppose. Self promotion is sometimes the bread to someones butter. Edmonton Bangers owes nothing to anyone. We don’t even get comped to any parties. We stand in line and pay like everyone else. No VIP treatment here.
